Grandma's Protein Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk or cream
- 3 Tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/3 cups peanut butter
- 5 cups quick oats
Directions:

Blend in honey and cinnamon. Mix peanut butter well. Add uncooked oatmeal and mix in well, I use my hands to blend it all together smoothly.
Press into a dish lined with wax or parchment paper.
Chill at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.

Serving Information:

Cut into bars, whatever size you prefer.
