Fortune is a relatively new dessert apple with a spicy and tart flavor.  The fruit is red over a predominantly green background color.  The flesh is white, juicy and firm.  It is one of the more cedar apple resistant apples, but is susceptible to fire blight.  The tree is very vigorous.  It blooms in mid-season and ripens in mid-late season.

Majesty is a new introduction from Italy that is resistant to scab and other diseases.  The fruit is large and is pinkish-red.  The flesh is crisp, sweet-tart and delicious.  It stores well and could be considered an alternative to Fuji in that season.  The tree is only moderately vigorous.  Stores well.

Rhode Island Greening is an old heirloom variety that is medium to large, yellowish-green with some sun blushing and a pale dots.  It is quite tart, crisp, and juicy.  It is an excellent cooking and drying apple, but can be eaten fresh if tree ripened.  The tree is vigorous and spreading and it is productive.  It is a triploid, so requires  pollinators from other varieties.  Ripens in mid to late season.

Rosy Gage™ is a European-type plum that ripens in late August to early September.  It is a pretty rose color with yellow flesh.  Rich flavor and high sugar content.  It requires several pickings as it ripens over a long period.  It requires cross-pollination from other plums.
